We have a 30-day calendar days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If more than 30 days by since your receipt of the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you find any damages on your product, please contact us through CONTACT US page and we will make it right for you.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have,. We will help issue a refund once the return is accepted, and you can make a separate purchase for the new item. The regular refund time is 2-3 business days after we received the returned product.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The regular processing time is 2-3 business days after we received the returned product. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unless there were damages or defections when you receive your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Cololight products are covered by a limited warranty: a One-year complimentary replacement of defective hardware.
If a Product fails to operate in accordance with this limited Warranty, Cololight will, at its discretion, replace the Product with the same or a functionally equivalent Product or grant purchaser a credit for a future Product purchase. Cololight may also request that the product be returned for examination and mitigation of future similar defects.
